CASA Donation

Heritage Bank and Trust President and CEO Mark Hines, and Bank Officer Julia Manley present a check for $1000 to Eddie Miller for the CASA program.  This generous contribution will be used to train volunteers for their work as child advocates.  Our thanks to Heritage for being investors in our community and partners with CASA.

Ladies in Black
"The Ladies in Black" - Jennifer Johns, Lesa Highfield, and Stacy Adams represented the bank well as they manned the table for the Polk Dinner Dance 2008.

Teacher In Service 2008
Alice Hines and Shelli Golden were at the Maury County Teacher In-Service visiting with area educators publicizing the great accounts at Heritage Bank & Trust.

Bank Employees and Friends participate in the American Heart Walk on Sept. 14.

hh-iraq care boxes
Mike Flynt and Mary Shannon display boxes which are being shipped to Iraq with items collected by bank staff members.  Mike's son is stationed in Iraq and he will receive and distribute these items to fellow solders! Way to go TROOPS!

Silver Sneakers Group
The bank continues to host groups for presentations, visits, and luncheons. Here are visitors from the Maury County Y's Silver Sneakers group. They visited for an Identity Theft Workshop.

Aytchn Book Signing

The bank hosted a book signing for Co. Aytch on January 25. Ruth Hill Fulton McAllister was at the bank to sign the book she revised, edited and released in late 2007. The first edition was written by her great grandfather, Sam R. Watkins. Bob Duncan, County Historian, was on hand to read from the book and the crowd had a fabulous time visting and socializing for the afternoon.

Heritage Bank & Trust was the site of the January 9 Maury Alliance Coffee. Close to 200 were in attendance!

Whitthorne Middle School
Shelli Golden is going over an example with Whitthorne Middle School math students assisting in the exercise. They discussed loans and good money management in conjunction with the ABA's Get Smart about Credit program.

Central Shelli
Central Jeanine
Shelli Golden and Jeanine Denney have both visited Julie South and Melissa Woody's classes at Central. They went over opening accounts, good money management skills, and taught the students about car loans and saving to be a millionaire with Excel worksheets as these classes are studying Excel.
