Description of Responsibilities

Re-disclose the Good Faith Estimate disclosure for Retail and Wholesale Mortgage.  This would include approving the changed circumstance, entering the information into Easylender, printing the disclosure and providing the disclosure to the borrower. Re-disclose the Truth in Lending disclosure for Retail and Wholesale Mortgage.  This would include entering the information into Easylender, running APR Calc, printing the disclosure and providing the disclosure to the borrower. Track re-disclosures done on each file by documenting the date and method of delivery in the file as well as keeping a spreadsheet of all re-disclosures done. Communicate issues and training opportunities with internal staff and the brokers. Train internal staff and brokers on RESPA and MDIA.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent  1 - 3 years previous experience General knowledge of the mortgage industry including but not limited to FHA, FNMA, Freddie, VA, RD and investor guidelines.  Experience with mortgage compliance and specifically knowledge of the new MDIA and RESPA requirements.  Excellent computer skills, specifically in Word and Excel.   Strong written and verbal communication skills.   Strong customer service skills.
